We have had links to some of the work in Hong Kong previously in this list. But I had never seen this website for the APICC. It's worth a look. Here's how they describe their mission:
The Asia Pacific Intellectual Capital Centre was created in order to assist organizations of all types in Hong Kong understand the concept
and value of Intellectual Capital (IC), and to provide them with the
