Please note that Appendix C includes the survey used in the study. It is a good example of a simple IC assessment.
The present study found that each of the three types of intellectual capital to be associated with increased organisational performance. Human capital exhibited strong relationship with performance lending support to the widespread anecdotal evidence suggesting that talented people are critical ingredient in developing and delivering superior products and services that generate high consumer demand.
