Finally we have one of the case studies available for preview comment.  This is set in a MNC and focuses on the testing of a new general KM tool, but the insights into KM practice prove interesting.

Really would appreciate any comments you might have on the test - the model has now been used in several MNCs since, including one in Asia, a workshop on which is to be delivered in KM Asia and a paper will be made available later in June, but this was the first full application of the new process.

This forum and has been a great 'find' for me and the ALKaME group and I thank you all for the emails and comments.
