Our empirical research into the relationship between intellectual equity and market place value showed that in many cases the management approach to raising and sustaining the level of company value was  overly simplistic and not geared to the potential of local situations and their circumstances. More clinical and rigorous approaches were explored using the 'how great' concept in a real time context to define an integral "Q" process that would provide the means for releasing the latent performance value energising potential of people and organisations.
