What is your interest in smarter companies?

I'm interested in intangibles and their relation to rewards currency in gamification. Gaming is purely built on virtual currency and the drivers of creating this virtual wealth. We're interested in applying successful game dynamics to business to reward growth in Intangibles.

For you, what is the definition of intangible capital?

The application of value in business (and life) that are not often linked to finance. It can be social capital, cultural capital, time invested in innovation, corporate health, systems and even outside of work, the value of motherhood (or fatherhood), community work etc.

How do intangibles relate to your work?

We consult on creating digital culture in business and look to instigate cultural change within companies to embrace the new virtual economy.
