- I help small to medium-sized businesses create, protect, and enforce their intellectual property rights. All within the framework of their business goals, of course.
- For you, what is the definition of intangible capital?
- Intangible capital is knowledge and relationships that provide a company with a competitive advantage.
- How do intangibles relate to your work?
- My role is to assist companies in identifying their intangible assets, helping them through that process and through licensing or sales to maximize those assets and to protect those assets through legal mechanisms such as inhouse processes, registrations with government agencies and enforcement via negotiation and the courts.
