What is your interest in smarter companies?

I have been working in the area of measuring intangibles for many years. My book "Transforming Performance Measurement" is considered one of the seminal works on the subject.

For you, what is the definition of intangible capital?

Assets that cannot be physically touched.

How do intangibles relate to your work?

My current work is on the measuring and management of innovation. Most innovation capabilities and drivers are intellectual capital.
