What is your interest in smarter companies?

I'm interested in learning how other companies are converting the intangible into measurable, meaningful value. And of course, I'll share what I've found to be successful.

For you, what is the definition of intangible capital?

From my perspective working in knowledge management, I would describe intangible capital as expertise and potential. Describing it visually, I like to use the iceberg analogy -- where tangible assets represent the mere tip of the iceberg.

How do intangibles relate to your work?

While my background is in engineering, I've been deeply immersed in knowledge management and social computing over the past decade. For me, the tangible is the easy stuff; the intangible more difficult and more rewarding.
