How do you help companies get smarter?
While my background is in engineering, I've been deeply immersed in knowledge management and social computing over the past decade. For me, the tangible is the easy stuff; the intangible more difficult and more rewarding.
What is your working definition of intangible capital?
From my perspective working in knowledge management, I would describe intangible capital as expertise and potential. Describing it visually, I like to use the iceberg analogy -- where tangible assets represent the mere tip of the iceberg.
