Yes, we are building our trusted knowledge networks and communities of practices,using our BRK model (Integrated management system for business continuity, records and knowledge).
In the integration model for IMS of BRK, an IMS triangle methodology brings the proposed integration framework coming into force. Such an integration model has provided a road map and seamless workflow for collaboration, optimization and innovation of BCMS, RMS and KMS towards an integrated ecosystem.
Firstly, it is driven by an evidence-based governance and business continuity management culture across sectors and systems, with metadata controls and functional requirements for recordkeeping and knowledge intervention embedded into business systems development towards accountable and sound decision-making.
Secondly, it is based on managing records as business resources and knowledge asset, with total quality management of records to assure the authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability of records and risk management of knowledge asset towards renewable and reusable resources efficiency building.
Thirdly, knowledge assets at different levels e.g. personal, organizational and national levels are shared for multiple values through classification, disposition, access and knowledge asset map by dynamic accumulation, sharing, communication and innovation of knowledge towards continuous service improvement of an IMS.”CN11%20Livre%20blanc%203%20V6.2.docx
The BRK model has been adopted by our French colleagues in knowledge networking on ISO/TC46/SC11 (Information and Documentation Technical Committee/ Records and Archives Management Technical Subcommittee) standards development and implementations, particular good for knowledge networking with ISO MASSs( Management system standards) to varied impacts and shared values.
We are currently developing BRK enablers for our DEKE ( Data Engineering and Knowledge Engineering Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education at Renmin University of China) members knowledge networking in cloud/using emerging technologies.
