What is your interest in smarter companies?: I am interested to see how IC functions and also to share my knowledge base on doing business and starting companies in China

For you, what is the definition of intangible capital?: Method by which the inherent knowledge in the person can be shared and valued. Intellectual property in books and patents etc., pales in comparison the the knowledge locked dup in individual experiences.

How do intangibles relate to your work?: After retirement I began consulting with smaller companies who are trying with various degrees of success to start companies or procure new business in China. For most westerners they must innovatively think well outside the usual boxes to be successful.
