What is your interest in smarter companies?
As director of Actcell Corporation, I have been involved in helping Japanese companies to practice Intellectual Capital Management, using IC Raing and other methodologies. Recently my assignment and interest is shifting from consulting projects to educational service for business people and consultants who are interested in learning the concept and implementation methods.

Dear Setsuko I have a very simple question for you. When you assist others create IC Ratings or IC Reports, do they go further and use these as a springboard for creating action plans and roadmaps and follow this up to create a living IC rich business management process? IC began in Japan with Itami-Sensei around 1980 and you are still world leaders.
