I have updated the questionnaire with a small section for Locus of Control since there is a lot of support for the argument that LoC is a strong predictor of behavior.

The KMOL 3.1 is available for you to try online

Thanks Matthew! I'll add a note in the IC Practitioners Group too!

Thanks Jay & Scott, both very interesting presentations.

For all - I mentioned that I can let you see and use the KMOL-C survey instrument to use as part of the inventory-building process or as a discovery tool. It was built for Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning, but it seems to me that it would be useful in the context of what Jay and Scott were saying.

The only conditions of use are:

1. Attribution - you cite me as the author

2. You send me anonymized data from the results of use so that I can refine the norms and also identify question items that are no working well.

Just click on the link above or go to http://mloxton.wikispaces.com/file/view/KMOL-C-3.1.pdf

(and wait a bit for it to download)

I will be sliding a new section for Locus of Control into it over the next few weeks, and in a few months I will probably an EQ component.
